Senior Airline IT Consultant, performing multiple roles and projects with our customer airlines such as:

Passenger Service System (PSS) and Departure Control System (DCS) implementation, migration and upgrades.
Integration between PSS and external systems like Revenue Management Systems (RMS), 3rd party DCS and operational systems.
Ancillary and Fare Pricing Optimization: making pricing dynamic in order to increase revenue.
Implementing bundles and branded fares across all sales channels.
Architecting airline IT solutions.
Codeshare management and implementations.
Data Migration management.
Liaison between the customer and its external partners like Revenue Management System providers, CUTE providers, airports, ground handler companies and software providers.

JetSMART Airlines — 2017 – 2018

Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all aspects of the Navitaire Reservations System, including business user functions, organization and roles in the company as well as industry best practices.
Advanced knowledge of Navitaire configuration, including Utilities, SkySpeed, SkyPort, SkySchedule and SkyFare.

LATAM Airlines — 2014 – 2017

Manage several aspects of the operation of LATAM.com in all its home markets and regional offices in order to make sure that the users are having a great experience with the booking process, check-in and other services.
Ensure that the Operational Standards are implemented within the agile development teams by influencing and working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and developers.
Work closely with commercial teams in order to make sure that sales and special offers are implemented as intended and have the impact they expect.

JP Morgan Chase — 2011 – 2014

Managed projects to implement, instrument and maintain end-to-end monitoring solutions for web applications in multiple environments, including Development, QA, Production and Disaster Recovery in order to ensure availability and predict possible problems with the applications.

Led Open Source clubs on-campus and in the community.
